It’s like a spree

Alright, I am beginning to love my new phone cos everyone saying it’s damn nice! Woohoo. And it’s quite cool looking really and I am beginning to get the hang out the whole touch screen thing. It’s cool looking yes but there’s actually nothing special about the functions.

I better not lose this phone. I have been on this losing things/misplacing things adventure recently.

It’s all started with:

  1. Sony Ericsson phone stolen
  2. Ipod spoilt
  3. Left my phone in store and had to get a few people to pass it back to me
  4. Left my eyeliner in store and luckily Don found it before it got thrown away
  5. I almost left my house keys in store again just now
  6. I can’t find things in my room anymore, I used to know exactly where everything is placed

And I still remembered that other day I had to go home from work completely empty-handed cos I locked all my stuff in my own locker.

I always been very organised with all my stuff and take well care of them. But then again, I am the only one in the family who has lost two phones and got one phone smashed by a rather weighty friend.

Tired, sleepy, tired, sleepy, tired, sleepy.

Openings

I did opening on Friday and Saturday. I almost can’t remember the two days that went pass cos it was so tiring. It is suppose to be good! Wake up early (5.15am), work, and be home early but instead I get so extreme exhausted I need to come home and take a 5 hours nap.

And I am doing three straight opening next week, big big big non-excitement.

And I got a new phone. It’s a Samsung phone (SGH F700). I had bad experience with Samsung and was very, very sure I don’t want to get one. I will blame it on the tiredness. I should have just stick to the Motorola phone I had in mind.

It was a long day at M1 the other day. After hours of deciding, my father persuaded me to get this new Samsung phone (newer than the one I got). I didn’t want to cos it was kind of expensive and I really don’t want to spend his money. While waiting for our turn at the counter, I decided on the much cheaper Motorola phone. Just before it was our turn at the counter, we saw the phone I got. It was a hundred bucks cheaper than the latest Samsung one and the promoter (friend of a friend) tells me actually it has the same functions.

At the counter, the customer service officer told me the phone I wanted was sold out and he recommended us to do an phone ordering and get it delivered.

That’s what we did but long story with that phone ordering. I wanted to kill that lady (because remembering I was extremely grumpy and tired from work and I hate crowded places). Cut the story short, after much calling around and transfer of money and finding ATM, she told me I could do a on-site payment when I clearly made known to her I am having trouble with the credit card payment. Do you get the story? OK nevermind.

I went home and read reviews online about the phone I ordered and it was a so-so phone. Like it looks very fancy but the functions are just very basic. So THEN, I regret. I hope when it arrive, I will loooove it.

(And after the arrival and done with all the function it has…)

“I could have saved my dad $110 if I gotten the Motorola phone,” was my first thought.

I hate the touch screen and it’s quite a iPhone ripoff. I should have just stayed to my original decisions, I really don’t make wise decisions when lack of sleep. I always hated touch screen even before having this phone. SO WHY didn’t I remember that and then get a pure touch screen phone? And I do NOT like Samsung phones, to further prove myself.

And I will go on and on rumbling around phones. The only thing now is that, I will look cool with this new phone because I can slide out a keyboard.

I miss buttons :(
